Question 2: When can I expect my pictures to be sent back?
Answer: Turn around time for pictures depends on a few factors such as, booking type, number of booking events scheduled, and equipment capability. This will be a part of the booking agreement, and varies from customer to customer. Also, the pictures will be sent to you using a site called Pixieset. You will be able to download them in high definition from there.

Question 4: What should happen in the case of a cancellation?
Answer: If you need to reschedule for any reason, the price increases by $25. If you choose not to reschedule, the portion of the shoot already paid will be forfeited. The only case that would trigger an automatic reschedule is severe weather and I reserve the right of judgment on what constitutes severe weather. This applies to events and weddings as well.
Question 5: Can I change outfits during the shoot?
Answer: Yes, but outfit changes are $50 per outfit. This is included in the price for weddings and major events, which include more than 10 people.
Question 6: Do you provide studio shoots as an option?
Answer: Not yet. I am planning to invest in equipment that will allow me to do this professionally.
Question 7: What is the process if the customer wants their
pictures re-edited after the initial editing?
Answer: There is a flat rate of $40 to have pictures retouched post initial editing.
Question 8: How long do I have after my shoot to ask for another download of my pictures?
Answer: The time frame to ask for additional downloads of pictures is 90 days from the time of the initial disbursal of photos. All customers are allowed up to 3 free download distributes, including the initial one, during this time frame. After 90 days from the initial photo disbursal, the photographer reserves the right to delete the photos. Therefore, it should not be expected by the customer for the photographer to still have copies of their shoot after the grace period. If the photographer does still have a copy after the grace period, the pictures will be disbursed after payment of a $40 fee.
